Reopening Guidelines

At Hair, we are committed to ensuring the safety of every member of our salon family as we reopen. To achieve this, we will be implementing some new procedures and recommended changes to our operations with everyone's health and safety in mind. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we adapt to our new way of conducting business. There may some delays as we get used to these new procedures. Our staff will also be adopting best practices to ensure the health of everyone that works in and visits the Salon, including:

  • Daily Stylist/Employee health screening to ensure every staff member is fever and symptom free.

  • Ensuring all styling stations are positioned 6 feet apart

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all stations and tools between each client.

To help us maintain a safe and healthy Salon, we also ask that our clients follow the recommended procedures below:

  • To help maintain social distancing, please come to the Salon for your appointment

    time alone. No guests will be permitted in the waiting area.

  • To limit the number of clients in the waiting area, please call the salon to Check In upon your arrival. 609-522-4247.

  • Our staff will be implementing contactless greetings. We love you, but unfortunately we can't hug you right now.

  • All clients will be required to complete a health screening at check in, including a temperature check and completing a questionnaire.

    • Unfortunately we cannot perform services on anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher. Your appointment will be rescheduled for two weeks later.

  • All clients should practice social distancing while in the salon, keeping at least 6 feet between them and other guests.

    • To help with this, you may process in the additional seating placed outside or in your car if you are more comfortable.

  • Masks must be worn at all times in the salon.

    • We recommend wearing a disposable mask, or one you don't mind getting stained with color. We will not be responsible for any masks that are damaged due to color or chemicals during services.

    • Disposable masks will be available at the salon for a nominal fee. ($2.00)

  • Unfortunately, some of our amenities have been paused for now, including our complimentary refreshments, snacks and reading materials.

  • Our retail area will also be touchless for the time being. A staff member will help you with questions or to stock up on your favorite products. Curbside pickup will also be available.

  • Due to many factors, including increased product costs, there will be an increase in the pricing of some services. Talk with your Stylist during your consultation to discuss any pricing changes.
